ANXIETY DISORDER.


Anxiety disorder is a common mental culture of almost everyone on Earth, especially here in Nigeria. In the name of getting things done fast, we now work like expired malfunctioning machine.
  Yoga science discovered that our breathing pattern determines our mode, and our mode also determines our breathing pattern.
 Like my audio/text material on the meaning of yoga this morning, I made mention of hurry to get everything done, and I also asked us to check our number of breath per minute.
 Now let's also look at the breath as energy. Energy means life force. This means energy has vibration, and good clean energy should have a smooth rydmic healthy tempo. If your breathing parttern is off a constant healthy  rydme then it means you have anxiety disorder
 As you breathe so your mode.
 The following are few signs to know if you have anxiety disorder.
       Internal/behavioral signs
1. Mental tension and apprehension 
2. Dreadful emotional feeling
3. Restless mode
  4. Irritation and picking quarrel
5. Lack of concentration
6. memory loss
7. Speech problem ( lack coordination)
8. Disorganized and disoriented manners
9. Anger and fear
10. Disappointment and depression

11. Hallucinations and Anticipation of Negativity
 12. Fast racing thoughts
13. Constant worries


   Physical signs
1. Excessive sweating
2. Shortness of breath
3. Rapid heartbeat
4. Headache
5. Tremors/twitches
6. Nausea/Stomach upset
7.Fatigue/weakness
8. Insomnia
9. Frequent urination or diarrhea
10. High blood pressure

     Remedy
 First, don't worry about life, the worry is not even the solution, sometimes it's almost impossible, for the mind to automatically move in a positive direction, though it's very, very practical, if you strengthen the mind with intensive breathing exercises, and concentration practice, because the air energy is the food and controlling Force of the mind, the mind obeys pranic energy (bio-energy) as its master, but the only problem is lack of activation. The mind is like a software programme that requires activation with the right code, the truth is that all formulas can't be compatible to all programmes, the mind is a subtle energy which is compatible with the life force ( bio-energy). The mind also could be a controlling, or manipulative tool of bio-energy, if we will  it by thoughts and imagination. Pure balanced bio-energy  is also the power that sharpens the mind, and create will-power that makes the mind immune to opposing forces of negativity, like anxiety disorder and depression.
